A peek into my background, so that you have the advantage of knowing a bit about the person who hopes to be of service to you.
Before I decided to pursue my passion for real estate, I spent most of my career life in Information Technology, spending my last sixteen years as a programmer for the local national airline.
Technology, especially programming, has given me one skill I have found to be of absolute importance in how I approach everything in life: To make sure that my “I’s” are dotted and my “T’s” are crossed. In programming, a small thing as a missing comma, hyphen or full stop can cause the entire system to crash, or prevent the program developed from working. So going through each detail with a fine toothed comb has become second nature to me.
And I plan to use this skill to your advantage, whether it be by helping to buy a new home, or finding a buyer for your home in the shortest possible time. I will check every detail with that same fine toothed comb to make sure every “I” is dotted, and every “T” is crossed, to make sure the service I provide you will result in a successful transaction from start to finish.
I have already started building my real estate business around one guiding principle: YOU.
- Your needs
- Your dreams
- Your concerns
- Your questions
- Your finances
- Your time
- Your life
This is why I work with each client individually, taking the time to understand their unique lifestyles, needs, and wishes. To me, it’s more than a certain number of bedrooms or a particular zip code…it’s one of the biggest decisions you will make, it’s about your life…and that is extremely important to me.
With the support of a strong family of agents at Keller Williams Clockwork Realty who have a database with lists of approved buyers and sellers, combined with the use of the latest real estate technology one can find, my privilege of making sure that you have the best service available will be a pleasure to do!
So sit back, relax, and let me help you sell your property, or help you buy that perfect home.
Now isn’t that great?
…and I am a Real Estate Associate!
