One is open plan bedroom lounge area and the other is a closed off bedroom. These can easily be rented out or used as accommodation options for visiting guests.
The new farmhouse was built about 8 years ago. It is a double story modern farmhouse with 3 en-suite bedrooms (all bath, shower and toilet). The ground floor has a spacious, open plan lounge (with fireplace), dining room, kitchen area with a guest toilet running off to one side and once again a gorgeous veranda that runs the entire length of the building. This veranda has a retractable awning to still allow the enjoyment thereof in bad weather.
Upstairs there are three spacious en-suite bedrooms with built in cupboards.
